Fish Fry
Ingredients
Fish (whole or fillets): 500g
Meet Mirsang Paste: 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying): ½ cup
Method
- Mix the meet mirsang paste with equal parts water and make a slurry
- Score the fish (½ inch cuts) and generously spread the masala on all sides of the fish. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a flat pan. Fry the fish on both sides until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep on kitchen paper.
- Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
