Our spice blend will help you recreate the magic at home!
- For a robust taste marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, lemon juice & ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes before cooking.
- For a richer nuttier taste, dry roast 1/2 cup of grated coconut till golden brown & grind to a fine paste with some water. Add to the curry with the chicken.
- Serve with steamed rice, chicken 65 & raw mango pachadi (chutney) to make it a feast
