  • For an even more aromatic biryani, sprinkle some kewra water & milk with saffron soaked in it on the rice before putting it on dum.
  • Use mutton cuts from the shoulder & chest for the juicy, succulent biryani meat.
  • Serve with a sweet date chutney & mirchi ka salan. Finish the meal with 'double ka meetha' to make it a feast.
